WITT-Gasetechnik is a manufacturer of gas safety and control equipment. Its long history of innovations include the first dry flashback arrestor (1945), the first production gas mixers (1977) for vacuum packaging machines, and the non-return valve (1978) that protects against reverse gas flow.

Gas Mixers
Gas mixers make it possible to produce the optimum process gas at any time, whether it is the perfect protective atmosphere in a food package or the optimum mixture for welding and cutting metals, the gas supply to a burner, special gas mixtures in a laboratory or the preparation of medical gas compositions, for example for anaesthesia.
Gas Analyzers
WITT inline gas analysers are used for permanent or sample analysis of gas mixtures and provide high quality and safety in production processes, for example in thermal treatment applications. They are available for O2, CO2, methane, helium and hydrogen.
Package Leak Detectors
Packages should be absolutely leak tight. However, even with the utmost care in the process, faulty packaged products cannot be avoided. Defects in the sealing process or in the material can easily lead to leaks, sometimes microscopically small. Over many years, package leak detection or seal integrity testing has established itself as an integral part of quality assurance – both for food packaging and for other sensitive packaged products, for example in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
